• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within  day of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
   
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method.
   

• All designs, logos, product images, and content on this website are the property of Mystical Sips and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
   

• Our products are intended for normal, everyday use. Mystical Sips is not responsible for misuse of products or damage caused by improper handling or care.
   
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
